Sarah McCann-Bartlett

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Sarah McCann-Bartlett is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Australian HR Institute. She has global experience in membership and trade bodies and has held senior roles across a variety of sectors in Australia, the UK and the USA.

Previously, Sarah held the roles of Director General of the British Constructional Steelwork Association, Deputy Commissioner of the Victorian Building and Plumbing Commissions, and President and Group Manager, Americas at the Woolmark Company.

Sarah holds Commerce and Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne, an MBA from Monash University, and postgraduate qualifications in marketing. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Iudica FCPA

CFO and Company Secretary

Michael manages AHRI’s transaction processing, accounting, reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance, and is also the company secretary.

Alex Reynolds MAHRI

General Manager, Membership & Stakeholder Engagement

With an extensive career in operations, education and membership across private and not-for-profit sectors, Alex has an unrelenting commitment to drive continuous improvement, innovation and member experience across an organisation.

As part of AHRI’s executive team, Alex leads the organisation’s transformation strategy. With a focus on wholistic organisational growth, this encompasses technology solutions and evolution, change management, process improvement and cultural shift to an agile and customer-centric organisation.

She also leads the delivery of the organisation’s IT operations with a focus on improving business processes to ensure optimal member experiences and business outcomes.

Beth Hall CPHR

General Manager, HR Standards & Capability

Beth is a commercially driven leader who balances the needs of the business with the needs of people, with over 15 years’ experience in people and culture. Beth has experience working with organisations across multiple sectors, most recently with high-performing, complex and dynamic organisations that have geographically dispersed teams. Beth is experienced in designing, delivering and embedding organisational strategy across all stages of the people lifecycle. Beth is passionate and accomplished in identifying emerging trends that affect people to then build strategies that enable wellness, development, performance and engagement.

Beth’s work at AHRI underscores her commitment to advancing the HR profession, ensuring it remains at the forefront of creating positive and productive work environments.

Beth has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of London.

Daniela Hollway

General Manager, People & Culture

Daniela joined AHRI in 2023 and brings an extensive and broad experience base in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. 

A senior executive with 20+ years of experience leading HR and other functions she has built a broad and deep technical understanding of the governance of people, safety, risk, and performance management systems.  Her experience includes working in federal and state government, retail, legal, manufacturing, professional services, and health sectors.
