Rewards and benefits

Incentive and reward plans are intended to reinforce the process of performance improvement by constantly reminding employee's how much the organisation appreciates an employee's/team's efforts and contributions.

This topic covers the rewards and benefits that can be offered to employees to recognise the contribution they make in their role.  It will include both tangible (bonuses, technology, vehicles etc) and intangible benefits (positive culture and climate, flexible work practices etc) which contribute to an employee's motivation, engagement and retention.
