The APC Program requires completion of four learning units:
The APC Program is designed to assess the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of HR professionals when applying advanced strategic HR management.
You will be applying the 'toolkit' of HR competencies and behaviours that you have learnt throughout the APC Program, in both theoretical and applied work-based assessments and reflections recorded in your learning journal.

The APC Program is offered over 18 months on a part-time basis. You will undertake one learning unit per trimester and can expect to commit at least 10 hours of study per week over this period. All four APC learning units must be completed within four years of commencement.
Workshop or distance delivery
You can study via distance or workshop. You will receive comprehensive learning and assessment materials and academic support to help you complete your studies successfully.
